By not thinking about the things that we can take care of, we are more likely to help ourselves and others. The problem is that it can be pretty difficult to know ourselves and to not think about the things that might hurt us, like the things that might harm others, and at the same time, it can be pretty difficult to not think about the things that should help us, like our own self-awareness.
I think the only way to avoid the problem of self-awareness is the same as the way to avoid self-harm. We must first be clear on what we are thinking about. It is better to be clear on what we are thinking about than to not be clear on what we are thinking about.
My own advice would be to stop thinking that you need to be clear about what you think and that you need to stop thinking about yourself and to just be. It’s better to be clear about what you are thinking about than to not be clear about what you are thinking about.
If you don’t know what you are thinking, or if you are thinking too much, then you will inevitably do something foolish or dangerous. It is better to be clear about what you are thinking about than to not be clear about what you are thinking about.
