I’ve always been curious about where all that self-awareness comes from, because I never knew I had so much of it.
I see it like this: We are born with this knowledge that we know what is important to us. Then we start to put it into practice. When we do this, our inner self starts to get more and more aware of itself as we learn to control and direct it. We can see how we are able to control our inner self through our actions and that is the core of self-awareness.
In a way, its like a sort of a genetic program. The more we exercise and practice the more we can learn to control our inner self. When we do this, we become more aware of ourselves and when we are in that self-aware state we are able to think about how our inner self is connected to other parts of ourselves.
We can learn to do this through self-awareness by learning to control our body. We can learn to control it by learning to focus and control our thoughts. In the world where we are living, that is not possible.
It’s not about controlling your thoughts though. Learning how to control your thoughts is a more challenging task than learning how to control your body. But the control over your thoughts is a much more difficult thing to master than the control over your body. You can’t simply say “I want to be more aware of what’s going on in my body” because that is a different way of doing things. You can, however, try to get better at it.
The problem is that you are actually not able to get better at it, you are just getting better at not noticing what you are seeing. You might want to start with the basics, and work your way up.
How one can get control over one’s thoughts is a very difficult thing to explain to someone who is not already educated in the basics. It is a little like asking a child how they can make their body more obedient. It is something that you can try to do with your own body, but it wont do much for you because you are still seeing the same thing.
This is actually an example of something that will help you a lot in your quest. Remember that moment when you were sitting in your house and you knew that you were going to move, but you just couldn’t seem to move? That’s how it is when you are trying to master the basics. You are seeing something that you are not seeing right now, because you are too busy focusing on that vision.
It’s just like that when you attempt to master any kind of skill or discipline. You can’t seem to master it, because you are too preoccupied with those thoughts and emotions that you are trying to master. You are being swept away by the wave of emotions, thoughts, and sensations that you are trying to master.
We talk about this a lot at work, and we all struggle with exactly this. When we are struggling with something, we try to control it, to make it look like it is in our control. But when we are trying to master something, we are so used to being swept away by the sensations of that thing that we forget that we are being swept away.
