I recently watched a video on YouTube that was titled “the self-awareness of the modern day”. In the video, the author, Ryan Dias, talked about the importance of self-awareness as the ability to “let go” of the things that are happening that are most important in our lives. What I found interesting about the video, is that it was not talking about self-awareness as a bad thing at all.
I think I was just recently reminded of the fact that the author Ryan Dias is an incredibly smart guy. I find his videos on YouTube to be very entertaining. He talks about life, about education, about the importance of mindfulness, and makes a great point about how we are all self-aware.
Another great point in the video is that there are a lot of things that we don’t think about that are important, and if we don’t think about them, they can go away, be forgotten, or cause unnecessary stress and anxiety.
I agree with that. I think we all tend to not think about the things that are important to us, but when we do, we tend to forget about them. Mindfulness is a practice that requires us to pay attention to our thoughts and what they are thinking about, our feelings, feelings about things, and our actions. It is the practice of being in the present moment, without judging ourselves or others. Mindfulness is also the practice of noticing and taking the time to notice the mind’s chatter, to become aware and present in the moment, and to do so with awareness of our breathing.
I do believe that mindfulness is probably the most difficult part of being mindful. It is something that we all have to work at. Mindfulness is like a big muscle. It needs the right amount of attention and exercise, and it can be hard to get to the point where it feels like it is not working.
I have noticed that once I get into the habit of mindfulness, it starts to feel like it is starting to work. Mindfulness is like a huge muscle that needs to be exercised regularly and it only takes a few days to feel it can be used.
At first I thought it was because once it felt good it wasn’t working anymore. As I continue to use it, I have noticed that it feels good, but only when it is used correctly. It has been said that you can have a good day and a bad day, but there is no such thing as a good day or a bad day. There are only good days and bad days, but they are not the same.
That brings us to the importance of mindfulness. You can have a good day or a bad day but they are not the same. You can have a good day and have bad days. You can have a good day and have bad weeks, but they are not the same. You can have a good day and have bad months, but they are not the same. You can have a good day and a bad week, but they are not the same.
