For those of you who are skeptical of the idea of meditation and mindfulness and how it relates to ava gabor, I’ve got to say that it’s actually pretty fascinating. The mindfulness meditation I teach at the Mindful Space practice is a practice of being present in the moment, being aware of what we’re doing, being present with the action, being present with the outcome. And it helps to change how we engage with our thoughts and the way we feel.
For me, ava gabor is a lot like taking a bath. I actually feel like I’m doing things in a whole different way because its not just about the water, but I’m not just thinking about the water. I’m thinking about the water I’m feeling and the water I’m feeling right now.
Ava gabor is a practice of being present in the moment. You don’t need to plan to take a bath every day. You just need to know you’re in the moment every day and that you’re taking a bath.
A lot of people take a bath and it only makes sense that they would take a bath once a week. Some people get a bath and it doesn’t make sense to them to take a bath every day. It also makes no sense to take a bath every day if the only thing you are going to be doing is sitting on your butt for the rest of the day.
I like to take a shower every day. It is very relaxing and it makes me feel good about myself. I use it as my time to think about things, to reflect on my life, and to think about life without my big, hairy, hairy chest. I don’t like to sit in the bath while it fills me with fear. I used to think if I was scared I would jump out the window, I don’t any longer.
When we first started writing for AVAGUER.com we didn’t have a ton of time. We had a lot of work to do and we needed to get a lot done in a short amount of time. So we wrote a lot of stories and articles while we were on vacation. We then rewrote a ton of those stories and articles during our time in San Francisco.
The work that we do now is a lot more collaborative. We write each other’s stories and articles as well as the ones that others have written and published.
