I’m not claiming that one printer is the best or the most effective. But I am stating that there are printers that are very popular because each of them is a top contender when it comes to business productivity.

I have a Xerox, and its biggest reason for that is that it prints on paper that is a lot easier to handle on the computer. The other reason is that I can print directly off the scanner rather than worrying about having to print the page in a printer.
