Linda Tripp has quite an interesting perspective on human nature and the way we feel about each other. Sometimes, I feel like I’m the only person who understands what she has to say. For example, her post about the death of her mother was one of the hardest things I’ve ever read. I actually cried with her, and I think it was because I wasn’t sure if she could take the pain this woman had gone through or if she could make it through the pain she felt.
I’m not sure how I feel about this, but I think I can empathize. Many of you probably know that I recently lost my mother. I was so shocked that she left us so suddenly that I thought I couldnt process it and that I would loose myself forever. I was so angry and so sad that I didn’t know what to do with it.
I had a great relationship with my mother. From her smile back, to how she would compliment me on all my accomplishments, to how she would hug me. She was an amazing and generous woman. However, after losing her I just didnt know if I could move on. I was so frustrated that I had lost her. I was so angry and so sad that I didnt know what to do with it.
