I am so glad that I came to this site. This is the kind of information I came to for myself. I started following the blog because of the way it talked about self-awareness. I have a lot of anxiety about not being able to control my thoughts and feelings. I always feel guilty when I say I’m feeling bad. It’s frustrating because I feel like I should be able to control my emotions, but I can’t.
I think it’s important to understand the feeling of anxiety. For some reason, I am always having this fear that I am going to be upset by something that happens. I’m not sure if its because of my anxiety or because I like to be in control.
You are right. In the end, it’s what you do that matters. Some people have a hard time letting go. I can totally relate to this. The more I allow myself to go through with something the more I want to, but I can’t just go and do it. I have to let it go and move on.
