I am currently reading their book and I am really enjoying the way they describe different things. I am currently learning about their research and how they use it. It is fascinating to read research that makes it easy to understand how you can change your habits and how to change your behavior.
If you check out their website, you will find lots of interesting research on various health topics. I saw a lot of stuff like “How to make yourself healthier by making better food choices”. That’s something I can really get behind.
