I’ve written about business reporting before, and I’ll repeat the same points again: the standard business reporting style is not a report template. You’re reporting on what’s happening within your company, not what you think is happening in the world. What’s happening within your company matters, but where you’re going to go from there shouldn’t be the focus of your report.
This is why a company isnt a place that can make you more money. In order to make more money you have to make more money. You cant spend more money to make more money.
But if you want to have a more “customer focused” company, then you need to take the focus off the customer and put it on the company. Thats why you should always go to a customer service call and ask them what their concerns are. Or you can take an example from an e-commerce business where they have a customer service agent who can answer your questions on their phone and help you make a better decision.
If your company is customer focused, you need to be customer focused too. Customer service is the most critical aspect of your company. If you dont invest in a customer service department, you are going to lose customers. It is this department that gives you the greatest return on the investment you make in your company. So when you are investing in a customer service department, you will be spending your money on something that will be of higher value to your customers.
Companies that rely on salesforce are going to have a difficult time maintaining a customer service department; because you are likely to be spending most of your time dealing with a customer who is a salesman. Salesforce is great training for any salesperson. It will help you understand customer’s needs, and also teach you how to reach new customers. But it is just as useful for service departments, because it teaches you how to deliver a great customer service experience.
Salespeople are the perfect examples of what you might call “standard business reporting,” because they deal with customers every day on the job. Their job is to sell a product or service so that their customers are happy with it. Salespeople don’t have a lot of time to devote to customer service; they’re busy trying to sell the product itself.
The big problem with sales people is they don’t know how to get their customers to agree to what they’re selling. So they keep making excuses and trying to sell it wrong.
In this case, our main target audience was a small business that was trying to sell a new TV to a couple of young kids. It was pretty much a failure. We got a good report from the kids who had a baby who was having an abortion. We got some photos of them dancing on the beach, and we got a story about them doing the same thing. It turns out they were in the same class, but the kids were in different classes.
One of the first things you’ll notice on the standard business reporting page for The Church of the Savior is how it’s a little bit boring. It’s not bad, but it’s a bit plain and simple. It doesn’t have any graphics at all, which I think is a bad thing. It makes it even harder to understand what you’re being sold and what you’re buying.
This is a very common problem I always see with business reporting pages. Even though they have some good visuals, they are bland and plain. The main reason this happens is because its a single page. You don’t have many options to enhance it further. There is nothing on the page you can add more information about the business.
