Standard business hours are always open, but there are times that are more convenient for you. Knowing these times you can be more productive is helpful. For example, if your office is open, you can work from home. If you are working at home, you can take a lunch break or even go to the gym. While the times I listed above are best for most people, you can also set your own standards.
