A lot of people are afraid of risk, but they’re not afraid of all the risk that will come with making a financial decision.

It’s a habit you can’t stop. So the best thing to do is to make sure you’re always aware of your intentions every time you do something. That’s called “self-awareness.

And while most of us think that we forget when we don’t notice our mind isn’t working properly, the fact is that we do. It’s pretty easy to get yourself to do things in your head that you don’t want to do in your body. But the reality is that we tend to forget we’ve forgotten our body is taking care of our mind.

I think that’s one of the things I love the most about this episode. We learn about the effects of the brain’s emotional shut down on the body. I love when our bodies tell us that we forgot where we put our keys.
