This is micky fitz’s third recipe to share, and it’s one that I’m quite proud of. I like to call it the “Belly Fat Buster” because it’s the perfect, quick, and easy meal to make the night before and eat right before bed. I also like to say it’s the perfect meal to make once a week so you can have something on hand to bring home to family and friends.
Its not just a Belly Fat Buster but a complete Body Fat Buster too. It was featured in our very first recipe video.
This recipe is one of my favorites because it’s simple, fast and easy, but it’s also packed with everything you need to make the perfect meal that you can bring to work. The best part is that it won’t take much to whip up. Just 20 minutes of prep time, a small amount of ingredients, and you have yourself a yummy meal in no time.

I was shocked last month when the first edition of my cookbook hit the shelves. I had no idea how many recipes I had, what kind of ingredients I used, how my process worked. I was also shocked that the book was only available in the US. I’m excited and honored and thankful to all of you who’ve bought a copy. I hope you love it as much as I do.
A few months ago I received a very complimentary book from a friend and I had to have it right away. The first recipe on the book, I made the same one, then made several more variations of it. I was very excited, since I had never made any of it. I was also very busy that week, and I knew I’d be eating it all the same day as I was reading it. I couldn’t wait to bake that first one and share it with everyone.
One of the reasons I decided to take the book, is because I love my daughter, Micky. And I think that we both really like baking. And I wanted to share it with her. She was delighted with it and wanted to try more recipes, so I decided that I had to make it.
I had a very hard time getting Micky to want to try it, because she is so busy baking. I tried to make it quick and simple, but I was really worried that it was going to be another one of those recipes that she had already tried before.
Not that I blame you for worrying. I was worried it would be another one of those recipes that she already tried before. I was worried that it would be boring to her. I was worried that I was going to lose her if I didn’t make it. But I thought of the other things I like about baking and thought that I would at least try to make it enjoyable for her. And so, I did.
