I think he’s being a bit too vague about what he means by eating mindfully, but that’s not the point.
I think Ramon Lopezs Real Food Diet is a really interesting, thought-provoking book. I love the focus on the importance of eating mindfully and eating when full. Thats also why I think this book is really needed, in other words, its not just about food, it is about food and health.
My favorite part of Ramon Lopezs Real Food Diet is the section on fasting. He talks about the importance of not eating when full and not eating for more than 30 minutes, he also talks about the importance of eating mindfully and eating when full in order to improve the quality of your metabolism. He also talks about the idea that eating mindfully is not the same thing as eating at full.
I think so too Ramon, but not about health. I think it is important to eat mindfully in order to improve the quality of the food you eat. I don’t think it is important to eat in order to eat mindfully. What I do think is important is that you are eating with your brain. As long as you are thinking about the consequences of what you are putting into your body, it is important to eat mindfully.
