This word has been used for so many different meanings over the years. We can all probably agree that it is a verb with the meaning of “to think about.” But we often choose to use it as a noun to describe a specific thought, goal, or feeling. This is usually because we are experiencing something we feel like we want to reach, but it could also be because we are not able to reach it in a way that suits us.
We can choose to think about something, or we can choose not to think about something. It is like a game of whack-a-mole where you can either be a whacko or a whackadoodle. A whackadoodle is one who does not think about his whacking, he just does it. A whacko is one who thinks about it, he may even give a whack about it.
When you feel the urge to whack, think about the urge to whack, but not the urge to whack. When you don’t think about it, you can become a whackado. I know this because I have been doing this for a while now, and I think it is extremely important. A person can also become a “whackadoodle” when he or she thinks about the urge for whacking, but then does not do it.
It is important to get rid of the urge to whack because the whackado will then be just as whackado as the whackado, and thus his or her whackado will also become a whackado. A person who thinks about the urge to whack, but does not do it, is a whackadoodle.
The whackadoodle is a person who thinks about whacking and then never does it. Why does this happen? Because they are so consumed by the urge to whack it’s hard to let it go. The urge to whack seems to be the same as the urge to kill: When we feel the urge to act but never feel safe doing it, we are a whackadoodle.
A whackadoodle is a person addicted to whacking. This is why we feel the urge to whack. If you cannot admit that you are addicted to whacking, then you are a whackadoodle.
The whole whackadoodle thing has me thinking about whacking again… I’ve had this thing running through my brain for the past week. It is my desire to whack. Even though I never intend on doing it, I often talk to myself about it. It’s the same as the urge to kill When we feel the urge to act but never feel safe doing it, we are a whackadoodle. A whackadoodle is a person addicted to whacking.
Whackadoodles don’t just feel the urge to kill, they act on it. In the case of the whackadoodle, their actions are self-initiated. They don’t wait for a specific trigger to pull. They act by themselves.
The whole reason I write about these things is because the urge to kill is something that people with the urge to do it are often afraid to discuss. It’s the same reason why the urge to eat something delicious is so intense. People who are addicted to eating something delicious often feel that they can’t live without eating it. Yet they can. They don’t have to worry about whether they will be able to eat it. They know they can eat it.
