When I’m at the gym I try to take my time and not rush through any of my workouts. When I’m at home after a long day of work I take my time and slow down my pace. I am not a slouch when I’m exercising. I always know what to do next and I take my time to perform the task I set out to do.
This is something I have noticed about myself as well. I always seem to be on the move and I rarely take my time to do things. I always know what to do next in situations where my actions will require me to think and plan a lot. It might seem like this is a bad thing, but on the flip side, I often find myself thinking too much and then I’m less efficient and I’m more prone to errors in my work.
As I’m writing this, I’m having a great time. I’m trying to build a new life on this Earth. I have great fun and I’m feeling great.
