Kathy is the founder of the self-awareness blog, Self-Awareness. She says that we’re rarely really aware of what’s going on around us. We always tell ourselves we’re okay, and then we’re fine. Kathy claims that we are always aware of ourselves and what we’re doing. But are we? We can’t really see ourselves in the world, so we can never really see what we’re doing. It’s just an illusion we all get stuck in, and that is the problem with the “self-aware” label. It’s an oxymoron.
I think we often make this mistake because we want to be able to control this and we want to be able to measure our own actions. But what if we don’t need to control it or measure it, because it’s always there anyway. And what if we just need to be aware and aware, so that we can understand ourselves? And realize if we want to control it, we’ll have to actually control it.

When Kathy is calm, she can be very sweet. However, when things get too stressful, that comes off as being cold and unfeeling. However, it is very important that she can also be a “bitch” when she needs to, which is where the title comes in.
I believe that Kathy is a bitch. That is, she is cold and unfeeling, not because she is depressed or bipolar, but because she is bipolar. It is very important that Kathy not be one of those people that needs to be around others to help them through a difficult situation. She is also very aware of her power, which means she can use it if she needs to get things done.
