I see this all the time. I am good at math, but I have no idea what that means. I am good at writing, but I have no idea what that means. I am good at music, but I have no idea what that means. I have a good understanding of the law, and I have a good understanding of the stock market, but I have no idea what that means.

We are all aware of our own emotions, but we are not necessarily aware of the negative emotions we are experiencing. I think this is because the brain is not completely rational and has a good grasp on our emotional state.
