We’re not sure what the ideal price range for a house is, but we know that we like to rent homes in this area and that we can get a great deal on a property without having to worry if it is in a good location. I’m not sure how much of that is because of the fact that we are in the area, but we have seen houses and apartments in the area that are selling for less than what we can find for a comparable home.
It seems like a lot of people buy homes with a local agent, so the question is why is it that we don’t? It is possible that we are just not that lucky. Also, it is possible that we are just not that good of a local agent. There are many companies who specialize in buying and selling real estate.

Yeah, definitely. It’s a good idea to contact an agent who works with multiple buyers to get a good idea of what you are looking for. But I also have to say, I am very impressed by the agent we have found. He has been very responsive to our requests and actually has gotten us a few other homes.
