There is nothing wrong with using the restroom in a way that is the least bit dirty. But the point is, you’re not doing any physical work (other than maybe pushing the seat back a bit), so this is an opportunity to clean the rest of the room instead.
Its a bit of a double-standard though. The reason why I bring this up is because, while the purpose of cleaning one’s own toilet is to make it as clean as possible, the toilet itself is also a space in which dirty feelings should be kept to a minimum. Even the bathroom is a space where we can go with our thoughts and feelings, so it just makes sense for us to clean our own bathroom and thereby avoid the bathroom’s dirty thoughts and feelings.

To clean it, you can either throw away (not only would that be a waste of your time and energy, but also the toilet would have to be cleaned a lot more often, since it would sit there for hours) or clean it. I think the latter is the better option.
