It’s not the business park. But the fact remains that you can’t work at any one place for too long and not notice something isn’t right. It’s a constant challenge to be able to find the best fit to your business needs. That can be challenging to find when you’re also trying to find an apartment or a home.
When we started our business in the late 1990s, we were doing a lot of marketing for the business parks in our area. So we looked at several different business parks in the area and tried to pick the one that looked the best to us. Many times you dont even know if the right place to work is actually a good place to work.
The problem is that in today’s “business park” model, the best fit to any one business isnt always what the business needs. You need to look at each site on a case by case basis. A park that has nice landscaping is often not a good fit for a company that wants to do office space. A park that has open office space is not necessarily a good fit for a company that wants to do retail.
We tried to match this with the other criteria, but found that the park that looked the best to us was a new business park that was building a new office section within the park. The park that looked the worst was a large retail park that was just trying to build a mall. Thats not the way business parks work. They arent trying to build a mall in a park. They are trying to build a mall in their park.
It’s an issue that’s particularly common in developing countries where the city parks are often filled with fast food restaurants. In our case, with a space like changi, it would seem that we would have to make a different decision.
In the new changi business park, you would think that the developer would see the potential for the park to grow as a retail park. But they didnt see that it would have to be a mall, and they would just build a mall in the park from the ground up.
We think that’s a terrible decision. It’s a great park. It just doesn’t work for the purpose that the developer saw. We think that the new mall in changi business park is better and more suited for the purpose intended, to be a retail center.

There are two main reasons why we think retail parks are better. As a mall, they can be big enough to have a lot of potential customers who are all walking around. In a retail park, they dont have that big of a space to allow for a lot of customers to be there. That makes it look like a mall. And as a retail park, they dont have to worry about traffic congestion.
If you look at a retail park, you have to get a lot of people in one area so that they have a clear path to get to the other areas. And if you have a lot of traffic in one area, you can never get to the other areas. Retail parks are the perfect shopping center for the purpose of being a mall. The biggest difference between a mall and a retail park is that a mall has more foot traffic and is easier to get to.
