Bridget Rooney Koch is a mom of two, wife, and avid reader. She is the founder of The Kool Family, a digital publishing company, and blogger.
“I’m a big fan of writing about self-actualization and the author’s journey to be who she is,” she says. “I believe that life should be all things that we can accomplish for ourselves and not have to be satisfied with what we already have.
My goal on this blog is to help others live out their dreams. I am a wife, mother, and spiritual leader. I believe that everyone should live life to the fullest and that we all should learn from our mistakes and work to become the best version of ourselves we can be.
I want to be a better person and a better mother. I have a desire to learn more and grow as a person.
My goal in this blog is to share as many things as I can about the things I love and the things I have learned. I am a mother of 2 children and I have learned a lot. I am a spiritual person and I have learned a lot about how to let go of my fear of death and the pain of losing a pet. I am also a wife and I have learned how to be a good one.
It seems that in life, we can go through periods of time where we feel like we don’t really have a sense of who we are. This happens when our self-awareness is in overdrive because we are fighting to remember who we are and how to be better. In the same way, we can go through periods of time where our self-awareness is in check to a certain extent because we are trying to remember who we are and how to be a better version of ourselves.
So we need to remember ourselves in order to be better versions of ourselves, but sometimes a person can get caught in a loop where they get stuck in a self-sabotage loop where they lose the ability to move forward. This is because a person can go through a time where they are doing so many things in life like buying new clothes, buying a new car, getting a new job, and of course trying to win the lottery that they can never seem to win.
The way I like to think about it is that it’s a loop of “I want to do stuff like this, I want to do stuff like this, I want to do stuff like this, and so I want to do things like this.
In the case of the rooney koch, this was a pretty typical case of people who have spent years accumulating a lot of money, and so they then spend their money on new clothes, cars, and jobs, and at the same time they lose track of their sense of direction or their place in the world. However, its also a pretty typical case of the loop that people get stuck in.
You want to get out of this loop? Well, first, you have to learn to stop worrying that you can’t. Once you learn to do that, the only thing you need to worry about is how to keep going.
