A building filled with the right building materials and energy will help your tribe survive. When we build a good environment, we protect it from damage, and we help the tribe thrive. The second step is to take care of our own bodies. A strong and healthy body is important because a strong body will allow us to be self-preserving even when it’s not convenient.
In the last few decades, humans have gotten a lot of our nutrition from plants and animals, as well as from our bodies’ own stores of energy. Human society has developed a variety of ways to store this energy. A diet rich in green vegetables and fruits helps boost our energy stores, but also helps keep us healthy. A diet rich in protein also aids in weight loss and helps the body store energy. A diet rich in vitamin C inhibits cancer and supports general health.
Not to mention the fact that we have a very high rate of heart disease and diabetes and some forms of cancer, which are all related to our inability to properly store energy. So if you find yourself eating foods high in sugar, it may not be much of a surprise to find you are also eating high in energy.
The body needs a certain amount of calories every day to perform at its best, and peter is trying to take just that amount. In his case, it’s not just the calories, but the portion size. He’s eating the same amount of energy, but the food is bigger. One of his foods is a piece of fruit, but the fruit is the size of a quarter.
