While this may seem like a crazy statement, I do believe there are certain days in a business life when you can’t really think of anything else and you should just relax and let the “busy” days pass. We’ve all been there. It can be helpful to take some time each day to just stop, take a breath, and think about what came at the end of the day.
This is especially true when you’re working with someone who you don’t know as well as yourself. It’s all too easy to be so busy that you forget your own needs and those around you. That’s why you need to be intentional in finding new ways to work together. This is one of those times where I’m still in awe that I’m doing it myself.
We all have busy days, but how we respond to them is a big part of how we react to the rest of the world. We all have days with so much going on that we forget to take a break and actually think about what is going on.
A lot of us take breaks from work and other things to do things that aren’t as important as they could be. For example, I take a day or so off from work when I start my new job. I think about what I need to do and get myself out of the way. I also take a day off when my mom gets sick. I think about what needs to be done. I get myself home when I have things to do. And so on.
The point is that there is nothing better than taking a day or two to take a break. It is usually a day when we can think and act a little bit differently. Take a day for yourself, but be sure to do it in a way that makes you feel as if you are doing something that is important to you.
A day off could be your birthday, your anniversary, your wedding anniversary, or any other major life event or milestone. It could be something as simple as a vacation that you need to take or a day to reflect, or it could be something more significant.
On days when you take a break, you are letting your stress and emotions fade. I don’t mean this to sound callous, but you will probably regret taking a day to yourself. I promise. It could be the day you found out you’re pregnant or the day you realize your partner cheated on you.
When it comes to stress and emotions, your body knows the best way to relieve you of them is through exercise. For a small fee, you can schedule a 10 minute or half an hour cardio workout on your birthday. For a larger fee, you can schedule a 90 minute or two hour workout two days prior to your birthday.
You may not be aware, but your body can actually tell the difference between a good day and a bad day. On a good day, your body is releasing a lot of endorphins, and on a bad day, this isn’t happening. You can’t even think about your relationship with your partner and your partner can’t even think about your relationship with you without your body rebelling against you.
This is an interesting concept. If you think about it, your body is a very complicated thing. You do not control it. Its your thoughts and actions that guide it to the right actions. You have no control over the physical health of your body.
