I am a Mark Dixon fanatic. I am a big fan of his “The Self-Awareness Exercise” videos and the accompanying book, The Self-Awareness Book. I also love his books on meditation such as The Mindfulness of Inquiry and The Mindful Way.

Dixon’s “The Self-Awareness Book” is a beautiful, informative, and inspiring read. It’s also a really great read for anyone who’s interested in self-awareness and mindfulness. As I’ve said before, I recommend it to anyone who has an interest in mental training or meditation.
